Company Overview
Cloudline Infotech is expanding its service division and seeks 10 committed Field Hardware Support Engineers dedicated to delivering top-quality warranty services for Lenovo laptops. This role focuses on hardware diagnostics, repairs, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
Position Summary
Role: Field Service Engineer (Lenovo Warranty Services)

Key Responsibilities
- Perform accurate hardware diagnostics and replace faulty components such as motherboards, keyboards, LCD screens, RAM, SSDs, and batteries on Lenovo laptop models including ThinkPad, IdeaPad, Yoga, and Legion.
- Diagnose operating system issues, conduct clean OS installations, handle system updates, BIOS flashes, and manage Lenovo-specific driver updates.
- Systematically troubleshoot hardware failures including Blue Screen of Death (BSOD), power-related problems, and connectivity issues.
- Validate warranty status, keep thorough case logs, and ensure repairs comply with Lenovo’s service level agreements (SLAs).
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Hands-on experience dismantling and reassembling laptops with precision, especially when replacing sensitive internal components.
- Strong understanding of Windows OS, device management, and effective troubleshooting techniques.
- Proficiency in using Lenovo Vantage, system deployment tools, and performing manual driver updates.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Lenovo Certified Service Technician (LCST), or similar hardware certifications are advantageous though not mandatory.
- Excellent analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a customer-centric attitude.
