Role overview

This is a full-time onsite opportunity in Dubai, UAE for an experienced Joinery Draughtsman / Estimator within the joinery and interior fit-out sector. The role calls for someone who can turn project requirements into buildable drawings, precise material assessments, and reliable cost estimates for production and execution.

What you will do

Create detailed shop drawings and execution-ready drawings for joinery work.
Develop cutting sheets and cutting lists to support manufacturing.
Work out material quantities with a high level of accuracy.
Prepare BOQs along with cost estimates for projects.
Liaise with design, production, and project teams to keep information aligned.
Make sure drawings are practical, accurate, and suitable for fabrication.

Requirements

At least 3 years of UAE-based experience in joinery shop drawings and material specifications.
Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD and SketchUp; both are mandatory.
Demonstrated experience producing joinery shop drawings, cutting sheets, and quantity take-offs.
Good understanding of joinery manufacturing methods, materials, and hardware.
Able to work on your own with strong attention to detail.

This opening is intended only for experienced Joinery Draughtsmen / Estimators. Candidates without direct hands-on experience in execution drawings, cutting sheets, and joinery material quantity calculations are requested not to apply.
