Role Overview
This opportunity is with a well-known BPO client that serves global customers. The position is for a Customer Success Associate working in an international process, where the focus is on assisting customers, handling concerns efficiently, and maintaining a strong service experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound customer queries and deliver accurate support.
- Address product-related concerns and help with claims or policy updates.
- Record all customer interactions and route complicated matters to the right team when needed.
- Follow up promptly to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Job Details
- Work location: Gurugram
- Shift pattern: Rotational shifts
- Weekly schedule: 5 working days with 2 rotational weekly offs
- Transport support: Both-side cab facility available within 20 km
- Compensation: INR 25,000 to 35,000 CTC per month, plus incentives
