Role Overview

This opportunity is with a well-known BPO client that serves global customers. The position is for a Customer Success Associate working in an international process, where the focus is on assisting customers, handling concerns efficiently, and maintaining a strong service experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound customer queries and deliver accurate support.
• Address product-related concerns and help with claims or policy updates.
• Record all customer interactions and route complicated matters to the right team when needed.
• Follow up promptly to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Job Details

• Work location: Gurugram
• Shift pattern: Rotational shifts
• Weekly schedule: 5 working days with 2 rotational weekly offs
• Transport support: Both-side cab facility available within 20 km
• Compensation: INR 25,000 to 35,000 CTC per month, plus incentives

Eligibility Criteria
