Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee comprehensive human resource functions including recruitment, payroll, compliance, and employee relations within our Hyderabad office.
Key Duties
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle and onboarding procedures.
- Administer payroll processing, salary payments, tax deductions, and statutory obligations.
- Track employee attendance, manage leave applications, and coordinate shift scheduling.
- Resolve grievances, handle disciplinary matters, and manage workplace conflicts with professionalism.
- Develop, revise, and enforce HR policies and organizational procedures.
- Ensure adherence to labor laws, company guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
- Supervise performance appraisal processes and conduct employee evaluations.
- Maintain and organize employee records, HR documentation, and related reports.
- Coordinate training sessions and professional development programs.
- Drive employee engagement, motivation, and retention strategies.
- Maintain workplace discipline, ethical practices, and health and safety standards.
- Serve as a liaison between management and staff to facilitate effective communication.
Work Conditions and Benefits
- Monthly salary range between ₹25,000 and ₹35,000.
- Night shift from 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
- Work schedule is six days per week.
- Location: Begumpet, Hyderabad, close to Prakash Nagar Metro Station.
- No transportation or cab service provided.
