HR Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee comprehensive human resource functions including recruitment, payroll, compliance, and employee relations within our Hyderabad office.

Key Duties

• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle and onboarding procedures.
• Administer payroll processing, salary payments, tax deductions, and statutory obligations.
• Track employee attendance, manage leave applications, and coordinate shift scheduling.
• Resolve grievances, handle disciplinary matters, and manage workplace conflicts with professionalism.
• Develop, revise, and enforce HR policies and organizational procedures.
• Ensure adherence to labor laws, company guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
• Supervise performance appraisal processes and conduct employee evaluations.
• Maintain and organize employee records, HR documentation, and related reports.
• Coordinate training sessions and professional development programs.
• Drive employee engagement, motivation, and retention strategies.
• Maintain workplace discipline, ethical practices, and health and safety standards.
• Serve as a liaison between management and staff to facilitate effective communication.

Work Conditions and Benefits

• Monthly salary range between ₹25,000 and ₹35,000.
• Night shift from 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
• Work schedule is six days per week.
• Location: Begumpet, Hyderabad, close to Prakash Nagar Metro Station.
• No transportation or cab service provided.
