About the Role
We are looking for a seasoned and strategic HR Manager to lead all human resources activities and steer the people strategy throughout our organization. This position entails overseeing recruitment, employee relations, performance evaluations, compliance adherence, and organizational development efforts that foster business expansion and cultivate a positive workplace environment.
Primary Responsibilities
- Formulate and execute HR strategies, policies, and standard operating procedures aligned with corporate objectives.
- Handle the full recruitment lifecycle and talent acquisition initiatives.
- Manage employee relations including resolving disputes, administering disciplinary protocols, and addressing workplace concerns.
- Lead performance management activities such as appraisals, KPI assessments, and employee growth plans.
- Supervise compensation, benefits programs, payroll processing, and incentive systems.
- Ensure adherence to labor legislation, employment standards, and internal regulations.
- Promote initiatives that enhance employee engagement, retention, and organizational culture.
- Assist with workforce planning, succession strategies, and developmental programs.
- Analyze HR data, metrics, and provide insights to support management decisions.
- Oversee employee training and development activities to upgrade workforce capabilities.
- Manage HR information systems including HRIS, ATS, and other HR technologies.
- Collaborate with senior executives to synchronize HR strategy with overall business goals.
Candidate Requirements
- Demonstrable experience in HR management, generalist roles, or as an HR business partner.
- Comprehensive knowledge of employment law, HR policies, and contemporary HR best practices.
- Proven background in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compensation design.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with competency in conflict resolution.
- Capacity to manage confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Experience with HR systems such as HRIS, ATS, and payroll software is beneficial.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline, with professional certifications like SHRM or CIPD as a plus.
