About the Role
We are seeking a Graduate Recruitment Consultant to join our newly opened New York office, supporting a team of four high-performing consultants focused on the US market. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with experienced consultants on front office roles within private equity and venture capital-backed firms, collaborating with prestigious global financial institutions. You will play an important role in sourcing, delivering, and managing candidates, contributing to the growth of a global search business.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior consultants in managing live recruitment mandates across investment banking, credit, and private equity sectors.
- Develop and maintain strong candidate pipelines within front-office finance markets.
- Provide exceptional talent placement support to leading investment banks and private equity firms.
- Perform headhunting, market mapping, and competitive analysis.
- Manage recruitment stages from initial candidate outreach to offer acceptance.
- Build and sustain lasting relationships with finance professionals in the US.
- Contribute actively to the expansion and refinement of the delivery function.

Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of a university degree.
- Prior experience in sales, business development, or recruitment is preferred.
- Background in financial services recruitment is advantageous but not mandatory.
