Role Overview
The Human Resources Associate (Recruitment) is responsible for managing the entire recruitment cycle and supporting various HR activities within the company. This position is based at Greenhills Mall in Western Australia.
Core Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end recruitment processes efficiently.
- Support development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives and programs.
- Assist with designing, facilitating, and implementing training and learning efforts.
- Carry out additional HR-related duties as required.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Must hold at least a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or a related discipline.
- Preferably have 1 to 2 years of experience in recruitment or human resources.
- Detail-oriented and well-organized with strong multitasking abilities.
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
