About the Role
We are seeking a committed and responsible Back Office Telecaller to become a part of our team. The role includes managing inbound and outbound customer communications, updating customer records, and efficiently supporting back-office tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally.
- Provide precise information regarding the company's services.
- Keep customer information updated and accurate within the system.
- Conduct follow-ups ensuring clear communication with clients.
- Assist with back-end operations and related documentation.
- Collaborate with other departments as needed.
Candidate Requirements
- Applicants must reside in Chennai, Coimbatore, or Tiruchirappalli.
- Educational qualification limited to undergraduate degrees, 10th or 12th pass, or diploma holders.
- Postgraduates and engineering graduates are not eligible to apply.
- Basic proficiency in computer operations including MS Excel and data entry tasks.
- Effective communication skills in Tamil and elementary English.
- Ability to manage calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Open to freshers and those with prior experience.
