Job Overview
Innovative Flexotech is seeking a diligent Service Coordinator to oversee service scheduling, respond to client inquiries, and support the operational workflow efficiently.
Primary Responsibilities
- Organize and allocate tasks by scheduling field technicians or staff to address service requests.
- Manage communication with clients via calls and emails to confirm appointments and update them on service progress.
- Address service delays and customer complaints promptly, ensuring professional resolution.
- Keep detailed records of service requests, work orders, and customer feedback utilizing CRM software or Excel tools.
- Facilitate coordination among clients, on-site personnel, and management to guarantee smooth service operations.
Key Qualifications and Skills
- Possession of a Bachelor's degree or an equivalent diploma.
- 1 to 2 years experience in customer service, operations, or administrative roles.
- Strong verbal and written communication, coupled with excellent interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.
- Effective time management and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to address service-related challenges efficiently.
Compensation
The role offers a monthly salary ranging from 18000 to 22000 INR.
