Senior Purchase Executive

About the Role

Innovative Flexotech is seeking a Senior Purchase Executive to oversee and manage procurement operations based in Bopal, Ahmedabad, Gujarat. This is a full-time, permanent position focused on ensuring efficient purchasing, vendor management, and cost control within the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee purchase orders and maintain effective communication with vendors.
• Solicit quotations from various suppliers and conduct price comparisons.
• Negotiate pricing, delivery timetables, and payment conditions with vendors.
• Ensure materials are procured promptly to meet production demands.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate with stores and production teams to align supply with requirements.
• Maintain comprehensive purchase records including invoices and related documents.
• Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Generate purchase reports and assist in initiatives aimed at reducing costs.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience as a purchase executive with preferred total work experience of at least 1 year.
• Educational background preferably a Bachelor's degree, such as BBA or MBA, or equivalent qualification.
• Proficiency in English is preferred, along with Hindi and Gujarati language skills.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly salary in the range of ₹28,000 to ₹35,000.

Location of work is onsite at Bopal, Ahmedabad. The role emphasizes procurement efficiency and vendor relationship management to support ongoing production activities.
