About the Role
Join Innovative Flexotech as a Design Engineer located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. This position involves preparing detailed drawings, designing components, and creating product models to support manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Create product drawings, designs, and associated parameters using specialized design software.
- Develop product models, modules, and detailed drawings utilizing software such as Solid EDGE, SolidWorks, and AutoCAD according to company standards.
- Investigate new product concepts and methodologies to enhance current designs and production techniques.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date design documentation and records.
- Devise innovative design solutions to address engineering challenges.
- Perform material and cost estimation, prepare project schedules, and compile comprehensive reports.
- Design and develop modules, dies, tools, fixtures, and jigs required for manufacturing processes.
- Layout designs for new machinery, plants, equipment, and tools.
- Carry out fundamental design calculations related to machines, including hydraulics, statics, and power transmission.
- Assemble complete machine design files, verify drawing precision, and incorporate necessary details until finalized drawings are ready for merging.
Compensation
The monthly salary for this position ranges from INR 28,000 to INR 35,000.
