About the Role
Gala Furniture World seeks a capable and customer-oriented Receptionist to represent our showroom, located in Bengaluru, Karnataka. The role demands excellent communication, a friendly demeanor, and professionalism to ensure efficient operations at the front desk.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist walk-in visitors warmly and professionally.
- Manage inbound calls, telecalling duties, WhatsApp queries, and schedule customer visits.
- Provide customers with precise information regarding the showroom and product offerings.
- Maintain courteous customer engagement to achieve high satisfaction levels.
- Collaborate with the sales team to direct customers to suitable sales representatives.
- Keep accurate visitor and customer records and daily logs.
- Use Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools to update and prepare data.
- Handle routine administrative and documentation work.
- Conduct follow-ups with customers to strengthen relationships.
- Ensure the reception area remains tidy, organized, and inviting.
Eligibility and Requirements
- Graduate in any field.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in roles such as Receptionist, Front Desk Executive, Telecaller, or Customer Service Executive.
Skills Needed
- Fluency in English, Kannada, and Hindi communications.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, MS Word, and general computer use.
- Strong telecalling and customer management abilities.
- Professional and patient customer interaction skills.
- Positive personality and attitude.
- Effective organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and coordination capabilities.
