About the Role

As an Outlet Manager at a prestigious hospitality group located in Queenstown, you will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service that welcomes every guest as a VIP. You will lead the development of menus that create unique and memorable dining experiences, contributing to a warm atmosphere for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operational activities of the outlet to guarantee seamless service while maintaining brand standards.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the team to achieve high performance and exceptional customer service.
  • Enhance guest satisfaction through personalized service, addressing feedback, and resolving concerns promptly.
  • Monitor inventory levels, oversee ordering processes, and manage cost control to improve profitability.
  • Support sales efforts by encouraging upselling, tracking sales metrics, and aiding in revenue target achievement.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and food safety regulations throughout the outlet.
  • Coordinate with kitchen, housekeeping, and other departments to facilitate smooth service delivery.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Demonstrated experience as an Outlet Manager or equivalent in upscale restaurants or hotels; 2–3 years as an Assistant Manager is also acceptable.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; formal hospitality training is advantageous.
  • Strong communication abilities, polished appearance, and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is beneficial.
  • Professional, friendly, and guest-oriented attitude.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts as required.
