Breakfast Attendant

Overview

We are seeking a friendly and energetic Breakfast Attendant to become a vital part of our team. This role involves creating an exceptional and personalized breakfast experience, being the initial point of contact for guests, and setting the stage for memorable mornings.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver unparalleled guest service by exceeding expectations and leaving a positive, lasting impression.
• Ensure breakfast area, service stations, and all guest interaction points are impeccably maintained to create an outstanding first impression.
• Greet guests promptly and courteously upon their arrival in the breakfast dining area.
• Prepare and stock the pantry with fresh and dry items, and arrange the breakfast stations according to menu requirements before service begins.
• Set up the breakfast bar, brew coffee, and prepare hot breakfast items ahead of service hours.
• Maintain thorough product knowledge regarding food and beverage selections and comply with all health and safety regulations.

Qualifications and Experience

• Previous hospitality or hotel-related experience is advantageous.
• Holder of a Food Safe Certificate is required.
• Strong command of English and excellent customer service skills are essential.

Working Conditions

This role demands early morning shifts throughout the week, including weekends, with occasional midday, afternoon, and evening shifts. It involves prolonged standing, continuous physical activity, independent tasks, and exposure to temperature variations between kitchen and dining areas.
