Role Overview

The Barista position at GAG Coffee is a full-time, on-site opportunity based in Jaipur, Rajasthan. This role involves crafting and serving high-quality coffee beverages adhering to established brand standards, managing coffee equipment operations, and ensuring accurate food preparation processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee and related drinks with consistency and quality.
• Operate coffee-making equipment safely and efficiently.
• Greet customers warmly, take accurate orders, and handle transactions smoothly.
• Deliver attentive and friendly customer service throughout each guest's visit.
• Maintain café cleanliness and perform restocking duties regularly.
• Follow hygiene and safety protocols rigorously.
• Support efficient store operations, especially during busy periods.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and adhere to company procedures to ensure fast service and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills aimed at creating a welcoming atmosphere.
• Competence in coffee preparation including espresso-based drinks and equipment usage.
• Strong communication abilities for clear order taking and team coordination.
• Food preparation knowledge with a focus on hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
• Capability to stand for long periods and multitask in fast-paced settings.
• Previous experience in cafés, restaurants, or retail is advantageous but not required.
• A keen willingness to learn, follow recipes and procedures, and adjust to operational changes.
• Open to freshers without prior experience.
