Role Overview
As a Board & Investor Affairs Specialist, you will support the Board Secretary in fulfilling the responsibilities associated with board and investor relations. The role includes scheduling and coordinating board and committee meetings, ensuring timely preparation and distribution of meeting agendas and documents, and managing the signing and approval of meeting minutes. Maintaining confidential records of board documents and resolutions is critical.
You will draft announcement materials with the Governance Department for release on Tadawul, handle inquiries from investors and financial analysts in coordination with the Governance team, and manage the logistics for general assembly meetings using authorized platforms like Tadawulaty. Additionally, you will contribute to the compilation and review of data for the Board of Directors’ Annual Report and carry out other tasks as assigned by your manager.
Qualifications and Skills
- Possession of a diploma or bachelor’s degree related to the field.
- Prior experience in a similar or related role is required.
- Proficiency in English communication.
- Strong organizational abilities and adeptness at coordinating activities and managing time efficiently.
- High level of discretion and trustworthiness when dealing with confidential information.
