The company sources premium coffee beans globally and roasts them in-house to create unique flavors, maintaining quality across multiple branches within Jeddah such as Al-Samir, Al-Hamdania, and Al-Sanabel. Role Overview

The Human Resources Manager will serve as a key full-time, on-site leader based in Jeddah, accountable for managing comprehensive HR activities to foster a productive and positive workplace environment across all Rewaq Cup locations. The role involves handling recruitment, onboarding, crafting and implementing HR policies, ensuring adherence to Saudi labor regulations, and company policies. Additionally, this position leads training programs, oversees performance management, and succession planning efforts that support organizational development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment processes and onboarding of new employees.
  • Develop and enforce HR policies adhering to legal and organizational standards.
  • Coordinate training sessions and support talent development initiatives.
  • Administer performance evaluation cycles and succession planning.
  • Oversee employee relations including conflict resolution and engagement initiatives.
  • Maintain thorough and accurate HR records and reports.
  • Collaborate with leadership and operations teams to align HR strategies with company goals and support growth.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven expertise in core HR areas such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Saudi labor laws and HR compliance practices.
  • Experience coordinating employee training, talent growth, and workforce planning.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proficiency with HR information systems (HRIS) and basic data analysis capabilities.
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively in an on-site setting.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Professional HR certification is a plus.
  • Experience in senior HR roles, ideally within the hospitality sector.
