Role Overview

As a Site Supervisor at RCC, your responsibilities cover comprehensive site management including, but not limited to:

• Overseeing coordination and delivery across multiple subcontractors and trade packages, involving structural elements, services, and finishing works.
• Developing short- and medium-term construction programs.
• Leading site safety initiatives and quality control efforts.
• Maintaining effective communication with engineering and commercial teams.
• Applying knowledge of construction methodologies, sequencing, and maintaining focus on building objectives.

Candidate Profile

• Demonstrated intermediate-level experience in construction or building delivery within site supervision or management roles.
• Relevant trade qualification in the construction industry.
• Experience managing comprehensive trade packages including structure, services, and finishes.
• Background working with mid to top-tier builders, contractors, or projects.
• Strong, confident communication and teamwork skills.
