Role Overview
As a Site Supervisor at RCC, your responsibilities cover comprehensive site management including, but not limited to:
- Overseeing coordination and delivery across multiple subcontractors and trade packages, involving structural elements, services, and finishing works.
- Developing short- and medium-term construction programs.
- Leading site safety initiatives and quality control efforts.
- Maintaining effective communication with engineering and commercial teams.
- Applying knowledge of construction methodologies, sequencing, and maintaining focus on building objectives.
Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated intermediate-level experience in construction or building delivery within site supervision or management roles.
- Relevant trade qualification in the construction industry.
- Experience managing comprehensive trade packages including structure, services, and finishes.
- Background working with mid to top-tier builders, contractors, or projects.
- Strong, confident communication and teamwork skills.
