Job description
About the Company
The company specializes in manufacturing and exporting a broad range of high tensile and customized fasteners serving multiple industries worldwide including wind energy, hydro power generation, diesel engines, oil & gas, pumps, and valves.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all shop floor operations including receipt, in-process, and final inspections.
- Coordinate QA activities across relevant departments and strategically plan quality assurance functions.
- Ensure achievement of organizational quality targets.
- Participate actively in the development of parts with a thorough understanding of Pumps as products as well as motors and accessories used in pumps.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years experience in manufacturing, specifically in the pump industry.
- Strong knowledge about pump products and associated motors and accessories.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) is required.

- Work location is Pirangut, Pune.
