Job Overview
This role involves comprehensive responsibility for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and upkeep of equipment within a chemical manufacturing plant to ensure minimal operational downtime through systematic maintenance strategies.
Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise all phases of equipment installation and upkeep.
- Ensure smooth operation by minimizing machinery breakdowns.
- Implement routine scheduled maintenance activities including preventive, breakdown, predictive, and corrective maintenance.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.
- Experience spanning seven to ten years in a similar manufacturing environment.
- Residency near Kurkumbh MIDC or Pune area preferred.
- Availability for immediate or early joining.
