Customer Service Associate - Afternoon Shift (MNX)

This position is part of the MNX division, specializing in the secure and timely delivery of high-value global shipments across various sectors including critical logistics and cold chain.

Core Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders and plan shipment routing effectively.
• Provide timely responses to customer questions regarding shipment tracking, quotations, and booking confirmations.
• Handle import and export documentation for shipments within Singapore and the wider APAC region.
• Utilize MNX Transportation Management System (TMS) and CargoWise (C1) for shipment processing and management.
• Ensure smooth daily operations by coordinating shipments and managing operational requirements.
• Complete full airfreight documentation cycle for Singapore’s import and export shipments.
• Carry out general administrative tasks such as data entry and document organization.
• Engage in company initiatives and undertake additional tasks as necessary.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum one year of experience in freight forwarding preferred; comprehensive training available for newcomers.
• Experience in critical logistics, biopharmaceutical, medical devices, cold chain, or clinical trial logistics is an asset.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Familiarity with CargoWise or ParcelLogic TMS systems is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision and collaborate effectively in a team setting.
• Availability for rotating shifts, noting that rest days may vary from weekends.
• Willingness to work overtime as required.
