Position Overview
As a Crew Member, you will engage in preparing fresh food by hand daily without the use of freezers, microwaves, or can openers. We offer comprehensive training to confidently work in various positions including grilling, cashiering, food preparation, salsa making, and food expediting. You will contribute to creating the welcoming environment our customers appreciate, and advance your career through clear growth pathways — with over 80% of our managers having started as Crew Members.
Key Responsibilities and Qualifications

- Show a genuine enthusiasm for assisting and serving colleagues and guests alike.
- Have a strong willingness to learn extensive cooking skills.
- Meet minimum age requirement of 16 years.

Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive wages ranging from $18.25 to $19.25 per hour, based on skill, experience, and education, compliant with local labor laws.
