Job Purpose

At Checkers & Rally’s, the Corporate Field Operations team member plays a vital role in impacting people's lives by supporting Franchisees, Teams, and Guests. The position focuses on delivering exceptional Guest service and quick, bold-flavored food, ensuring the brand remains the preferred choice for customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales and profitability through promoting outstanding Guest experiences
• Communicate any Guest concerns or suggestions promptly to the General Manager
• Recognize and react effectively to the needs of Guests
• Complete training and gain certification across diverse job roles within the restaurant
• Follow company policies and procedures to optimize satisfaction for both Guests and employees
• Maintain a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for employees and Guests alike

Candidate Qualifications

• Previous experience in guest service or food preparation is beneficial
• Possess basic mathematics skills and flexibility to work diverse and extended shifts
• Demonstrate high energy to thrive in a fast-paced setting
• Embody core company values including integrity, service excellence, courage to be bold, and a growth mindset
• High School Diploma or GED is preferred
• Food Safety Certification is a plus
