Training Requirements
- Candidates without previous field engineering experience will undergo a comprehensive on-site field training program lasting around six months.
Candidate Profile
- Holders of relevant diplomas, preferably with knowledge in marine or mechanical engineering.
- Experience in coordination or supervisory roles involving direct customer interaction, ideally within service or maintenance sectors.
- A minimum of two years in the marine or power generation industry, preferably as a service engineer.
- Capable of planning, prioritizing, and managing service schedules to ensure timely maintenance and repair completion.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate among customers, service teams, and suppliers.
- Customer-centric mindset with aptitude in conflict resolution, clarifying expectations, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Flexibility to address issues beyond normal working hours due to service scheduling demands.
- Familiarity with SAP or equivalent ERP software is advantageous.
- Demonstrated leadership with a collaborative and solution-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in English is mandatory; additional languages are beneficial.
