Role Summary

As a Construction Recruitment Specialist, your primary responsibility is to source, recruit, and manage the onboarding of blue-collar construction workers across Ireland and Europe, including white-collar hires when necessary. You will ensure labour demands are met while maintaining a positive candidate experience from first contact through to site mobilisation. This role is highly commercial and relationship-focused, requiring strong talent pipeline development, client partnership management, and target-driven recruitment delivery.

Key Qualifications and Skills

• At least three years of recruitment experience specifically within the construction industry.
• Proficiency in Romanian language is advantageous.
• Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
• Experience collaborating with recruitment agencies and international candidate networks.
• Competence in managing multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced skills in the full Microsoft Office suite.
