HR Recruiter / Senior HR Recruiter - Kerala

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Recruiter or Senior HR Recruiter based in Kochi, Kerala, to spearhead the recruitment efforts for senior leadership roles and volume hiring projects at Lenskart Solutions Limited. This role requires managing end-to-end recruitment processes with a focus on lateral hires and developing strategic recruitment partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment campaigns targeting senior leadership, lateral, and volume hiring positions.
• Build and nurture relationships with stakeholders to deeply understand their talent acquisition needs and requirements.
• Utilize social media platforms, professional networks, and industry events to attract and source top-tier candidates.
• Effectively juggle multiple recruitment projects, ensuring prioritization and timely completion.
• Ensure seamless execution of hiring processes from sourcing through onboarding to achieve quality outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with internal departments to create and deploy impactful recruiting strategies.

Qualifications and Skills Required

• Demonstrated experience in non-IT recruitment, with expertise in leadership, lateral, and bulk hiring.
• Strong stakeholder management experience, capable of establishing and maintaining client relationships.
• Excellent candidate sourcing capabilities across diverse channels.
• Competence in handling multiple priorities and projects efficiently.
• Good analytical mindset and problem-solving ability, with strong attention to detail and result orientation.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies is beneficial.
