Role Overview

We are seeking a Collection Specialist to conduct outbound communications aiming to help customers fulfill their payment obligations under loan agreements.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to engage with customers regarding timely payment of dues aligned with loan agreements.
• Support and coordinate with customers to facilitate smooth payment processes.

Required Experience and Credentials

• At least 1 year of professional experience in a domestic or international call center environment.
• Experience within collections teams handling personal loans, credit cards, short-term loans, digital loans, home loans, or insurance collections.
• A minimum of 6 months of direct collection experience is required.
• Must possess DRA certification.
