About the Company

Aventus Technology India is an emerging start-up firm focused on customer financial services support.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Collection Specialist to conduct outbound communications aiming to help customers fulfill their payment obligations under loan agreements.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to engage with customers regarding timely payment of dues aligned with loan agreements.
Support and coordinate with customers to facilitate smooth payment processes.

Required Experience and Credentials

At least 1 year of professional experience in a domestic or international call center environment.
Experience within collections teams handling personal loans, credit cards, short-term loans, digital loans, home loans, or insurance collections.
A minimum of 6 months of direct collection experience is required.
Must possess DRA certification.
