About the Role
RP Icon Homes is seeking a motivated Telecalling Executive to operate from Gurgaon, Haryana, as part of their sales department. This full-time position entails proactively reaching out to potential customers to promote company projects and services, securing leads, and assisting in sales appointments.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients using the provided contact list.
- Clearly convey information regarding company projects, products, and services to customers.
- Generate quality leads and assess their interest through telephonic conversations.
- Arrange site visits and meetings with the sales team for interested customers.
- Maintain ongoing communication with prospective clients and address their inquiries accurately.
- Consistently achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead targets.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to relay customer needs and feedback.
- Keep detailed records of calls, follow-up actions, and lead statuses.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum education: Completion of 12th grade or any graduate degree.
- Between 1 to 5 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or related sales roles.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Effective persuasion and negotiation capabilities.
- Ability to work efficiently under deadlines and target-driven environments.
- A positive demeanor with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Fluency in Hindi is essential; basic English communication is advantageous.
