About the Company and Role
Vedwell FMCG Pvt. Ltd., operating under Vedaayush Warehousing & Trading, is seeking a proactive and target-driven Institutional Sales Executive. This role focuses on expanding business by promoting sales to various institutions including hotels, restaurants, hospitals, educational institutions, corporate offices and government bodies.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and acquire new institutional clients across multiple sectors such as hospitality, education, healthcare, corporate, manufacturing, and government institutions.
- Conduct frequent visits to establishments like hotels, schools, offices, industries, hostels, cleaning contractors, and government organizations to promote products.
- Drive new business development initiatives to fulfill assigned monthly sales targets consistently.
- Demonstrate products effectively and conduct persuasive presentations to prospective clients.
- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with institutional buyers, ensuring customer retention and satisfaction.
- Prepare competitive quotations and negotiate favorable commercial terms with customers.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed orders through diligent follow-up and relationship building.
- Ensure prompt collection of payments from customers to maintain cash flow.
- Maintain detailed daily visit logs and update CRM or Excel reports regularly for accurate tracking.
- Constantly observe competitor actions and analyze market trends to strategize accordingly.
- Liaise with dispatch and customer support departments to guarantee timely and efficient delivery of products.
- Address and resolve customer complaints promptly to uphold high service standards.

Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Graduation in any discipline preferred.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in B2B or Institutional Sales; however, fresh graduates with exceptional communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ownership of a two-wheeler equipped with a valid driving license is advantageous.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and basic reporting tools.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly salary ranging from ₹20,000 to ₹30,000 depending on experience.
- Attractive performance-based incentives.
- Allowances for petrol, mobile/SIM (per company policy), and travel where applicable.
Performance Targets and Metrics
- Acquire 5 to 10 new institutional customers monthly.
- Complete 25 to 30 institutional visits each week.
- Consistently meet or exceed assigned monthly sales targets.
- Ensure timely and full payment collections.
- Maintain thorough and accurate reporting daily.
