Role overview
The hiring team is looking for a Senior Customer Support Associate for an international customer support process based in Kolkata. This is a night-shift, work-from-office opportunity for candidates with strong English communication skills and the ability to join immediately.
Work schedule and location
- Work mode: office-based only
- Shift: complete night shift
- Working days: 5 days a week, with 2 weekly off days
- Location: Kolkata
- Eligible radius: candidates living within 20 km of Sector 5 only
- Immediate joiners are required
Candidate profile
- Applicants must speak and understand English fluently.
- Excellent English communication is mandatory.
- Age limit: up to 40 years.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Graduation is not mandatory, although graduates may also apply.
- Minimum qualification mentioned: 12th pass.
Responsibilities
- Handle international customer support interactions in a voice-based environment.
- Communicate with customers in clear, professional English.
- Support customer queries and deliver a good customer experience.
- Use basic computer knowledge and typing skills as part of the role.
