Role overview

We are looking for a sales professional with energy, personality, and a strong customer focus for a Berlin-based position. In this role, you will work across three hotels in Berlin and one in Leipzig, supporting commercial growth in the Corporate, Group, and Long Stay segments. You will collaborate closely with the Commercial Team to develop existing accounts, win new business, convert leads into bookings, and nurture long-term client relationships across your portfolio.

The position suits someone who already has initial sales experience and is ready to take the next step. You should enjoy a mix of direct client work, numerical analysis, reporting, and administrative tasks, while feeling confident in a professional customer environment.
