Breakfast Attendant (m/w/d)

About the role

Adina Apartment Hotels is looking for a Breakfast Attendant with a focus on preparing breakfast in the kitchen. The role is based in Nuremberg, Bavaria, and is centered on delivering a smooth, well-organized breakfast service in a fast-paced hotel environment.

You should bring creativity, solid hands-on ability, and an efficient, productive way of working. A strong interest in service work and the ability to stay flexible are important for this position.

Ideally, you have successfully completed training in hospitality or gastronomy and already have 1 to 2 years of experience in service. Familiarity with Gastronovi would be an added advantage.

What the job involves

• Supporting breakfast preparation in the kitchen
• Providing service during breakfast hours with a focus on quality and coordination
• Preparing hot beverages
• Setting up and replenishing service stations correctly
• Following hygiene and safety regulations at all times
• Working flexibly and contributing to a positive guest experience

What you should bring

• Practical skills combined with creativity and an efficient work style
• Good knowledge of hot drinks
• Confidence in handling safety rules and service station setup
• Enjoyment of service work and a flexible attitude
• Completed training in hospitality or gastronomy is preferred
• 1 to 2 years of relevant service experience is preferred
• Knowledge of Gastronovi is a plus
