Responsibilities

As a housekeeper, you will be trained on The Cleaning Authority's Detail-Clean Rotation System, delivering thorough and affordable cleaning services to customers. You will collaborate with a team member daily, ensuring customer satisfaction by enhancing their living environments through high-quality cleaning.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Pass a background check
• Maintain a positive attitude, teamwork spirit, and take pride in workmanship
• Eager to learn and master the company's specialized cleaning techniques
• Capable of standing throughout the day and performing light lifting under 15 pounds; the role is physically active
• Possession of a driver's license is preferred

Training

No prior experience is necessary. We provide a comprehensive two-week training program combined with computer-based learning and hands-on instruction with experienced cleaning trainers.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive hourly wage starting at $12.25 to $13.25
• Full-time status with paid holidays and vacation
• Work Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, with time off on major holidays
