About the Role

Responsibilities

As a housekeeper, you will be trained on The Cleaning Authority's Detail-Clean Rotation System, delivering thorough and affordable cleaning services to customers. You will collaborate with a team member daily, ensuring customer satisfaction by enhancing their living environments through high-quality cleaning.

Qualifications and Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old
Pass a background check
Maintain a positive attitude, teamwork spirit, and take pride in workmanship
Eager to learn and master the company's specialized cleaning techniques
Capable of standing throughout the day and performing light lifting under 15 pounds; the role is physically active
Possession of a driver's license is preferred

Training

No prior experience is necessary. We provide a comprehensive two-week training program combined with computer-based learning and hands-on instruction with experienced cleaning trainers.

Compensation and Benefits

Competitive hourly wage starting at $12.25 to $13.25
Full-time status with paid holidays and vacation
Work Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, with time off on major holidays
