Join Our Team as a Professional House Cleaner
If you are seeking a stable and rewarding full-time job outside of retail or restaurant work, a professional house cleaning career with The Cleaning Authority in Nashville, TN could be the perfect fit. Our company specializes in delivering high-quality house cleaning services using a proven Detail-Clean Rotation System, trusted in over 20 million cleanings across North America. Work alongside a partner in different homes every day, Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm, with no weekend or night shifts and closures on major holidays.
What You'll Do
- Perform professional house cleaning services following The Cleaning Authority's Detail-Clean Rotation System.
- Collaborate effectively with a cleaning partner to complete tasks efficiently in various client homes daily.
- Participate in 2 weeks of comprehensive training combining computer-based learning and hands-on experience with experienced trainers.
Who We're Looking For
- Candidates aged 18 or older capable of passing a background check.
- Individuals with a positive attitude, strong teamwork skills, and pride in their work quality.
- Those willing to learn specialized cleaning techniques beyond basic cleaning knowledge.
- People able to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting under 15 pounds due to the physically demanding nature of the job.
- Possession of a driver’s license is preferred but not mandatory.
