Role overview

What the job involves
The postholder will support Catering, Laundry, and Domestic Services. The work includes country and local runs, ward rounds, and delivering stores.
Duties and service standards
You will help keep service levels and cleanliness consistently high, following local infection control procedures, COVID-19 guidance, NHS Scotland National Cleaning Services Specification requirements, and Waste Regulations. The role also includes following cleaning schedules, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and carrying out laundry services to the required NHS Scotland standard.
Working pattern
This is a permanent full-time position with availability required Monday through Sunday.
Training and requirements
A full manual driving licence is essential. The successful candidate will receive a complete induction and training programme.
Pay
The rate starts at £14.22 per hour, with a higher rate for weekend working.
