Hospital Porter

Role overview

NHS Highland is seeking a dependable and proactive Porter to help keep hospital services running smoothly and safely on a day-to-day basis. The role is important to maintaining efficient patient support and operational flow across the site.

Key duties

• Transport hospital equipment, stock, and clinical items where needed.
• Support staff with moving deliveries and collections across the NHSH area.
• Help manage waste disposal while following infection prevention standards.
• Respond quickly to requests so patient services continue without disruption.
