Overview
The role of Patient Administrator at Mediclinic Middle East is crucial in enhancing the quality of patient care through efficient management of patient-related administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently coordinate patient appointments and registration procedures.
- Manage medical insurance processes and associated duties effectively.
- Handle billing and cash management processes accurately.
- Consistently deliver high-quality customer service to meet patient expectations.
Qualifications and Experience
Applicants must have completed secondary education (Grade 12). Preference is given to those holding a diploma or bachelor's degree, particularly in medical science, finance, or accounting.
Essential experience includes 2-3 years in a customer service role, ideally within healthcare. Experience in contact centers or healthcare settings is advantageous.
Skills and Knowledge
- Proficient with computers and MS Office applications.
- Familiarity with CRM software tools.
- Understanding of hospital information systems.
- Awareness of company policies and emergency protocols.
- Knowledge of medical insurance terminology and procedures.
- Understanding of medical terminology and healthcare procedures.
- Competent in numerical data handling.
- Skilled in patient scheduling and registration workflows.
