About the Role

This role aims to enhance the overall quality of patient care by proficiently handling every task related to patient administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Efficiently manage patient appointment scheduling and registration processes to ensure smooth operations.
• Administer the medical insurance procedures and associated tasks effectively.
• Oversee billing activities and conduct cash reconciliation accurately.
• Consistently deliver high-quality patient service to meet and exceed customer expectations.

Educational and Experience Requirements

• Essential: Completion of secondary education (Grade 12).
• Desirable: A tertiary diploma or bachelor's degree, ideally in medical science or finance/accounting fields.
• Required Experience: 2 to 3 years in customer service roles, preferably within healthcare.
• Preferred Experience: Background in contact centers or healthcare environments.

Skills and Knowledge

• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
• Experience with hospital information systems.
• Understanding of company policies and emergency codes.
• Knowledge of medical insurance terminology and procedures.
• Basic medical terminology and procedural understanding.
• Strong numerical skills.
• Competence in managing patient scheduling and registration processes.
