OT Cybersecurity Lead (IEC 62443)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced OT Cybersecurity Lead with a strong background in IEC 62443 standards to join our team in Doha, Qatar. This position includes relocation support and requires extensive expertise in OT/ICS cybersecurity to protect critical operational technology environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and deploy the IEC 62443 zone and conduit security framework across systems.
• Manage the specification, acquisition, and commissioning of mandatory hardware data diodes for secure communications.
• Implement OT Security Platforms featuring passive network monitoring, threat detection systems, and integration with Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) solutions.
• Conduct penetration tests and continuous security validation to ensure system resilience.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of eight years in Operational Technology (OT) or Industrial Control Systems (ICS) cybersecurity roles.
• Proven ability in designing, deploying, and validating IEC 62443 security frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with data diode technology and configuration of industrial demilitarized zones (DMZs).
• Expertise in integrating OT Security Operations Center (SOC) functions with SIEM tools.

Desirable Attributes

Experience with security systems in airport environments or other critical national infrastructure sectors is a plus.
