Physical Security Systems Lead (VMS/PACS/SOC)

Role Summary

The Physical Security Systems Lead will spearhead the integration and management of advanced physical security technologies for large-scale venues. This includes overseeing Video Management Systems (VMS), Physical Access Control Systems (PACS), Perimeter Intrusion Detection Systems (PIDS), Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR), and computer-vision based security solutions.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead the seamless integration of VMS/CCTV, PACS, PIDS, ANPR, and computer vision security technologies.
• Merge physical security, operational technology (OT), and information technology (IT) security events into a cohesive Security Management Information System (SMIS) for the Area Operations Control Centre (AOCC).
• Ensure compatibility and interoperability among devices using ONVIF and OSDP standards.
• Design, implement, and maintain the Security Operations Centre (SOC) platform along with Physical Identity and Access Management (PIAM) solutions.

Required Experience and Skills

• Minimum of seven years experience integrating physical security systems within large venues or comparable settings.
• Proficient in VMS, PACS, SMIS, and biometric identity system integration.
• Strong knowledge of ONVIF and OSDP interoperability standards.
• Expertise in designing converged security operations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within airport Security Operations Centres (SOC) or Area Operations Control Centres (AOCC) is advantageous.
