Cybersecurity Specialist - Industrial Control Systems and Operational Technology

Overview

We are currently looking for a knowledgeable Cybersecurity Specialist dedicated to protecting Industrial Control Systems (ICS) and Operational Technology (OT) infrastructures. The position involves thorough identification, evaluation, and mitigation of cybersecurity risks, ensuring adherence to relevant regulatory standards, and aiding in maintaining the security and resilience of crucial infrastructure components.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and manage risks specific to ICS and OT environments to guarantee secure and reliable operations.
• Assess the current cybersecurity controls, analyze their effectiveness, and suggest improvements to enhance security measures.
• Lead and participate in investigation processes for cybersecurity incidents, including activities such as analysis, containment, removal, and system recovery within ICS/OT frameworks.
• Document and escalate security incidents with potential or immediate impacts on operations.
• Conduct scheduled cybersecurity audits, reviews, and assessments aimed at uncovering vulnerabilities and security weaknesses in ICS/OT systems.
• Regularly revise and update cybersecurity policies, strategies, and procedures to align with current laws, standards, and regulations.
• Work collaboratively with engineering, operational, and IT teams to embed optimal security practices into ICS/OT setups.
• Stay informed on new threats, vulnerabilities, and cybersecurity trends affecting ICS and OT platforms.

Profile Requirements

• Minimum of three years’ experience focused on cybersecurity within ICS/OT environments.
• Expertise in cybersecurity risk analysis, managing vulnerabilities, and incident handling.
• Knowledgeable about established cybersecurity standards and frameworks.
• Preferred certifications include Security+, OSCP, OSEP, CySA+, and CSA.
