Role overview

As a Host at Flanigan’s, you’ll be the welcoming presence guests notice first and the friendly face they often see last. This role is focused on creating a positive first impression, guiding seating, handling guest questions, and helping ensure the front-of-house runs smoothly throughout the shift.

Guest experience

  • Create a warm, upbeat welcome for every guest and maintain a courteous, polished appearance.
