Overview
We are looking for a Legal Operations Coordinator to join a global organization and support a busy legal function. This role is centered on keeping legal and contract-related work organized, moving approvals forward, and making sure important business processes are handled accurately and on schedule.
The position suits someone who thrives in a fast-moving, detail-driven setting and enjoys coordinating workflows across teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a large volume of legal and contract administration tasks from intake through completion.
- Prepare, organize, and track documents that support both domestic and international business operations.
- Run electronic signature processes and follow contracts through each stage of approval.
- Assess standard agreements such as NDAs by applying established playbooks and guidelines.
- Work closely with legal and cross-functional partners so contracts and business requests progress efficiently.
- Answer internal stakeholder questions and share timely status updates on contract activity.
- Keep records complete, current, and well organized.
- Look for ways to streamline operations and contribute to workflow automation efforts.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree is required.
- About 1 to 3 years of experience in legal operations, contract administration, procurement, paralegal support, or a similar area is expected.
- Background handling contracts, legal documents, or contract lifecycle management is preferred.
- Experience using DocuSign or another electronic signature tool is an advantage.
- Strong organizational ability and a high level of accuracy are essential.
- Good written and verbal communication skills are needed.
- Ability to manage several priorities in a busy environment is important.
- A professional approach and the ability to collaborate across all levels of an organization are required.
Additional Details
This is a fully remote role. The assignment begins as an initial 3 to 6 month contract, with a strong possibility of extension.
Compensation
Pay is set at $35 per hour.
