About the Role
A prominent financial services company in the Dallas-Fort Worth area is seeking a Vice President of Enterprise Strategy & Systems to spearhead enterprise transformation initiatives. This leader will be responsible for designing operating models, optimizing processes, and driving technology-enabled growth across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and refine enterprise operating models along with governance frameworks.
- Lead strategic transformation efforts and promote operational excellence throughout the company.
- Improve business processes and enhance organizational scalability.
- Collaborate closely with IT teams on enterprise systems, automation, customer relationship management, workflows, and reporting frameworks.
- Implement data governance policies, establish key performance indicator frameworks, and enable executive-level reporting capabilities.
- Manage change initiatives supporting growth strategies, acquisitions, and new business ventures.
- Recruit, mentor, and grow a high-performing Strategy & Systems department.
Required Experience and Expertise
- A minimum of 15 years in leadership roles encompassing enterprise strategy, business transformation, and operational management.
- Proven expertise in strategy and operations, business architecture, operational excellence, and consulting.
- Experience designing comprehensive operating models for complex service-oriented organizations.
- Successful track record in leading large-scale enterprise-wide transformation projects.
- Strong collaboration with technology and data teams.
- Preferred background in financial services sectors such as banking, insurance, wealth management, retirement services, or other regulated industries.
