Overview
Hyatt Regency Thrissur is hiring a Guest Service Officer for its front office and guest relations team. In this role, you will help ensure guests receive a smooth, dependable, and high-quality service experience throughout their stay.
Role summary
This position supports the efficient day-to-day functioning of the Front Office and Guest Relations function within the Rooms Division. The focus is on delivering consistent service and maintaining a strong guest experience.
What you will do
- Deliver service that is reliable, courteous, and consistently aligned with guest expectations.
- Support the smooth operation of the front office and guest relations activities.
- Contribute to effective coordination within the Rooms Division.
Qualifications
A relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management is preferred. The role requires at least 2 years of experience in hotel operations, along with strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
